This article presents a 3rd current-mode quadrature oscillator using current controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCCTA) and operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) as active element as active elements. The proposed circuit is realized from a noninverting lossless integrator and an inverting second orderlow-pass filter. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency can be electronically/orthogonally controlled via input bias currents. The circuit description is... Topics: oscillator, current-mode, CCCCTA, OTA

Trojan insertion has been made difficult in modern communications in therecent years, due to extensive research work in the direction to protect Integrated Circuits(ICs). Several Trojan detection techniques have been developed to prevent the destructioncaused by malicious insertion of Trojan in physical layer, making the process of Trojaninsertion much more difficult. In this paper, we highlight our major findings in terms ofinnovative Trojan design that can easily evade existing Trojan... Topics: Hardware Trojan, Ring Oscillator, Trojan detection

A theory of the edgetone oscillator is presented which predicts all critical experimental data. This is the first theory to accomplish this. The edgetone oscillator is proved to be a transit time oscillator closely analogous to electronic oscillators. No empirical elements are required in the theory in order to fit the experimental data. A quadrature oscillator using active superharmonic coupling is introduced. In this, work , we present a method to obtain quadrate VCO based on the differential VCO. The circuit is simulated in standard 0.18 μm CMOS. This CMOS quadrature VCO shows very good performance with an amplitude of the first harmonic is 4.152dBm for fundamental, phase noise -110.1dBc/Hz for fundamental and -115.5dBc/Hz at a 1MHz offset. R&D Report 1967-25 : H.F. bridge receiver / oscillator, Mark 3 R.V. Harvey, A. Brown, P.C.J. Hill This report describes a unit in which an oscillator, covering the frequency range 3.5 to 30 MHz, is mechanically ganged to a receiver covering the same range. This unit is intended to be used in association with an admittance bridge for measurements on aerial and feeder systems at high-frequency transmitting stations. R&D Report 1979-21 : Local oscillator radiation from television receivers. J. Middleton The local oscillator of a television receiver tuned to channel n can cause interference to a neighbouring receiver tuned to channel n+5. If, in modern receivers, this radiation is significantly lower than that prescribed in British Standard BS 905:1969 consideration could be given to relaxing the planning standards in areas where the problem might arise. This report examines the ways local oscillator... Topics: receiver, radiation, aerial, oscillator, voltage, receivers, chassis, interference, field, aerials,...
